Tracey and the team have been brilliant in securing new tenants for me. In my most recent property a long standing tenant left the flat with lots of maintenance work needed. Great Letting Agent
Just wanted to say 'Thank You' to Tracey, Louise and all of the team at Key Lettings. I have used them over the last few years to manage my first rental property. They were quick in finding and vetting prospective tenants, and, as a 'new' landlord, advised me through all of the stages of the letting process. Once my property was let, Key Lettings were proactive in the management of the property - periodic inspections, safety checks, rent collection and monthly statements, working with both their network of tradespeople and the tenant for the the inevitable things that crop up. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are an existing landlord looking for an agent to manage your property, or you're thinking of becoming one and want an agent to guide you through the process, you'd do well to get in touch with Tracey or with Louise.

To let or not to let, that is the drama. As the market is struggling, it was a very nice surprise to let with such a professional, warmful and streamlining team. Good letting agent
Based on my experience this is an excellent and extremely efficient letting agent. This is the first property I have ever rented and the service has been second to none from the very beginning. From the initial viewing to signing the contract, everything was made so easy and straight forward by the staff at Key Letting as possible. I have been a customer for Key Letting for the last year and half. They are a nice friendly and easy to deal with team , never had any problems, and any reports have been dealt with immediately. The team of workmen uses are polite & friendly as well as clean as they left the place as they found it. I am Very happy with service I have received and everyone I have spoken to or emailed in the office have always been kind and very helpful.

A happy 13 years
Key lettings have managed my property fir approximately 13 years while I have been over sea...making the whole process stress free. Nothing was too much to ask from their friendly and helpful team. I would highly recommend dealing with them. They are Quick to reply to emails and solve any problems that may occur quickly and efficiently. Totally reliable service
I have used Key Lettings to rent out my property for 18 months. Tracey and her first class team have been brilliant from day one, with their invaluable support, experience, professionalism and service.Communication has been exceptional, with Tracey replying swiftly to any queries. She has given me brilliant advice on subjects such as Housing Benefits and County Court Judgements, providing me with the appropriate forms required. Inspections of my property have been regularly undertaken and a comprehensive report with photos has been posted to me after each visit, from Nicky. Key Lettings have kept me up to date with the legal requirements of letting a property and have taken away the worries of being a landlord. The service from this company is great value and worth every penny in order that my property is looked after by safe hands.

Perfect
Moving house is always really stressful but i cant thank the lady's at Key Lettings enough after being with a very large renting company for 3 years and having ring all the time to get repairs done and getting threats and harassment off them. i cant start to tell you what a breath of fresh air it is with Key Lettings any repairs that needed doing they have done within the first weeks of living in the house. they let you know what's going on so your not in the dark. there are very friendly and i really cant recommend them enough there fees are a great price half of what bigger letting agents charge. so once again lady's thank you so much for making this such a stress free rent.
