Landlord Fees (All Fees Inclusive of VAT)
Fully Managed Letting Fee
Service includes finding a tenant, comprehensive referencing & credit checks, photographic inventory, setting up all utility accounts and tax accounts, regular photographic inspections, managing repairs & maintenance, collection of rents & rent guarantee policy free of charge for first six months (Rainhill Office).
Fee: 60% of first month rent inc. VAT (half a month rent plus VAT)
Commission for Management
Fee: 12% inc. VAT (10% plus VAT)
Let Only Letting Fee
Service includes finding a tenant, comprehensive referencing & credit checks, rent guarantee policy free of charge for first six months.
Fee: 100% of first month's rent
