Based on my experience this is an excellent and extremely efficient letting agent. This is the first property I have ever rented and the service has been second to none from the very beginning. From the initial viewing to signing the contract, everything was made so easy and straight forward by the staff at Key Letting as possible. I have been a customer for Key Letting for the last year and half. They are a nice friendly and easy to deal with team , never had any problems, and any reports have been dealt with immediately. The team of workmen uses are polite & friendly as well as clean as they left the place as they found it. I am Very happy with service I have received and everyone I have spoken to or emailed in the office have always been kind and very helpful.
